Dan took the time to spend with us in our home buying journey, he helped our in-laws, and we continuously refer him to folks for help in buying and selling. I cannot recommend him more highly. He also is extremely practical and realistic in when we view a home, to ask the questions if it is the right fit, if there are potential areas of concern, etc. I literally feel like we gained a friend and confidante in our work with Dan and his team. I don’t even know where to begin with Dan. The simple reason he is incredible is because he truly cares about his client’s well-being. He doesn’t push decisions, he talks through it with you, and NEVER passes judgment. But the best part is the relationship with his clients doesn’t stop after closing. We bought our house over two years ago, and just this weekend we started a major renovation. Unfortunately, a major whoopsie happened and without hesitation, I called Dan. He had a contractor at our house in TWO HOURS. Not only did he help save us a ton of money, he helped give us piece of mind when we needed it most. Two years ago... and he still cares. You guys... I know you’ll love him as much as we do. Minnesota Strong and the Sibinski team.. all the way.

Can't say enough good things about Dan. Like a lot of people, my fiance and I really didn't have a clue on what the home buying process consisted of. There are MANY things that need to be considered when purchasing a home that we were not aware of, and Dan not only made the process much less stressful, but also a very enjoyable experience. He took the time to figure out our personalities and our wants in a home, and also what we should prepare for in the future. He knows his stuff when it comes to reality, and we appreciated that he was honest and straight-forward with us. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!

House Buying Made Simple

It is difficult to imagine how the extremely complex process of buying a house could be easier than it is when working with Dan Sabinski and his team. Not only is Dan patient and eager to assist, but he is also a wonderful teacher. His advice is always top notch, and at the same time delivered in a way that is never overbearing or pressuring. He also has a keen and discerning eye, quick to point out features and flaws that I would have missed. Working with Dan, I have learned so many things I never would have suspected about what to look for and what to avoid when it comes to house hunting. As a first time buyer this was invaluable. It has only increased in subsequent house hunts. I feel confident that if I ever need to do this again, I will be able to approach the process with a lot less trepidation thanks to all of Dan's help. Given the choice of realtors, I would work with Dan and his team each and every time.

I have worked with Dan Sibinski and his team for the past couple years--selling a home and buying as well. Saying he's amazing falls short. Besides being extremely thorough, he genuinely cares for his clients and goes well above expectations to meet needs. His patience also didn't go unnoticed. We looked for the perfect house for over a year and a half. Even after the 100th house we looked at, he showed up to the next one with the same enthusiasm as the first and a genuine love for what he does. He sat through the entire inspection with me and explained everything the inspectors were saying in a way that helped me understand. His knowledge is astounding. He answered his phone at all hours of the day and never failed to return a call. I constantly felt like his most important client though he was working with many others. But that's simply what him and his team does. His team... Laura is by far one of the sweetest and kindest individuals I've ever met! She's prompt with returning emails, answering questions, and doing the research needed to get what we need done. I have used every person Dan has ever recommended to me and the quality of them all speak volumes. Whether it was for the mortgage, inspection, electricians, etc. I get all referrals from Dan, and they've all been truly amazing. If you want to feel like you're always first, you're always being heard, and you're never judged, I strongly urge you to seek this team out! Minnesota Strong all the way!

Dan and his team (Laura) did a excellent job selling our home. When the sail come thru we were in Florida and the home was in Minnesota so to say a lot of work on there part was needed but with a GOOD team they got it DONE. I'll always recommend Dan and the team.

Dan went above and beyond to help us find or new home in Minnesota. We recently moved from Chicago, IL and Dan was our eyes and ears on every aspect of the purchase; from walking us through the offer contracts and guiding us on MN rules and regulations, to being on-site for the inspection process and of course closing day. Not only is he super fun and easy to work with, Dan definitely knows the real estate business and it was obvious how much of an organized and honest guy he is. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I was referred to Dan by a friend when I was talking about purchasing a home in the St Paul area. I am so thankful to have had the chance to get to know Dan and have he and his team work with me to find the perfect place. Two really important qualities came through loud and clear...integrity and commitment. Dealing in an honest manner with people is critical to me and Dan embodies that. He was also totally committed to making whatever showing time or place I wanted happen. He made arrangements for me to see a property when he was on vacation!
