We have sold and bought many home in several different states. In 2024 we became interested in a MCM home Daniel listed. The listing drew significant interest and competition and Daniel helped us navigate that process so well. In 2025 we listed vacant land with Daniel and this property sold in 60 days. Dan was so incredibly patient with us and worked hard to find us the home that was just right for our family. We had a few unusual circumstances pop up, and he helped us navigate the whole process so we got what we needed! Dan diligently contacted us with updates, even if it was late at night. The service he gave us felt so personalized, he became a family friend. Since we have purchased our home, we went to Dan for recommendations on flooring and he came through yet again. Dan Sibinski was incredibly helpful in finding our first home. He's got a great sense of humor and an even better sense for houses. I learned more on my first house visit than on months of frantic googling and reading. The dude is a bonafide house nerd, in the best way. He has answers to any of our questions about the homes, and the ability to say "I don't know" and do a little research in the rare case I stumped him. We were looking at a big range between houses and townhouses, and he helped by asking us the right questions about how we saw ourselves in the future of those spaces. I was recommended him by my aunt who bought her home with his help, and I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family.

Dan is truly an amazing agent that is out for NO one other than his client. First off this is the only realtor review I have ever left. He is now the only realtor I will ever use, and the only one I will recommend to family and friends. He’s that dang good. I had an amazing experience working with Dan! He is incredibly patient, and detail-oriented, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His experience and knowledge were evident even before we entered the houses. He always took the time to explain things thoroughly. Dan is the third realtor I’ve worked with as I’ve bought and sold homes in the past.. I can say without a doubt that dan is one of the most detail oriented and knowledgeable realtors out there. He’s kind, respectful, and just an all around good person. He TRULY has client’s best interest in mind, as he knows how to spot the “invisible” things that the typical person wouldn’t know to look out for, when touring homes. I don’t even know where to begin with Dan. The simple reason he is incredible is because he truly cares about his client’s well-being. He doesn’t push decisions, he talks through it with you, and NEVER passes judgment. But the best part is the relationship with his clients doesn’t stop after closing. We bought our house over two years ago, and just this weekend we started a major renovation. Unfortunately, a major whoopsie happened and without hesitation, I called Dan. He had a contractor at our house in TWO HOURS. Not only did he help save us a ton of money, he helped give us piece of mind when we needed it most. Two years ago... and he still cares. You guys... Can't say enough good things about Dan. Like a lot of people, my fiance and I really didn't have a clue on what the home buying process consisted of. There are MANY things that need to be considered when purchasing a home that we were not aware of, and Dan not only made the process much less stressful, but also a very enjoyable experience. He took the time to figure out our personalities and our wants in a home, and also what we should prepare for in the future. House Buying Made Simple

It is difficult to imagine how the extremely complex process of buying a house could be easier than it is when working with Dan Sabinski and his team. Not only is Dan patient and eager to assist, but he is also a wonderful teacher. His advice is always top notch, and at the same time delivered in a way that is never overbearing or pressuring. He also has a keen and discerning eye, quick to point out features and flaws that I would have missed. Working with Dan, I have learned so many things I never would have suspected about what to look for and what to avoid when it comes to house hunting. As a first time buyer this was invaluable. It has only increased in subsequent house hunts. I feel confident that if I ever need to do this again, I will be able to approach the process with a lot less trepidation thanks to all of Dan's help. Given the choice of realtors, I would work with Dan and his team each and every time.

I have worked with Dan Sibinski and his team for the past couple years--selling a home and buying as well. Saying he's amazing falls short. Besides being extremely thorough, he genuinely cares for his clients and goes well above expectations to meet needs. His patience also didn't go unnoticed. We looked for the perfect house for over a year and a half. Even after the 100th house we looked at, he showed up to the next one with the same enthusiasm as the first and a genuine love for what he does. He sat through the entire inspection with me and explained everything the inspectors were saying in a way that helped me understand. His knowledge is astounding. He answered his phone at all hours of the day and never failed to return a call. I constantly felt like his most important client though he was working with many others. But that's simply what him and his team does. His team... Laura is by far one of the sweetest and kindest individuals I've ever met! She's prompt with returning emails, answering questions, and doing the research needed to get what we need done. I have used every person Dan has ever recommended to me and the quality of them all speak volumes. Whether it was for the mortgage, inspection, electricians, etc. I get all referrals from Dan, and they've all been truly amazing. If you want to feel like you're always first, you're always being heard, and you're never judged, I strongly urge you to seek this team out! Minnesota Strong all the way!

Dan went above and beyond to help us find or new home in Minnesota. We recently moved from Chicago, IL and Dan was our eyes and ears on every aspect of the purchase; from walking us through the offer contracts and guiding us on MN rules and regulations, to being on-site for the inspection process and of course closing day. Not only is he super fun and easy to work with, Dan definitely knows the real estate business and it was obvious how much of an organized and honest guy he is.
