Dan Teahan is a consistent Top Producing Realtor serving buyers & sellers in the Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Beverly Hills, Franklin, and neighboring communities at all price points for over 23 years. Recognized by clients and other top producers in the area as a trusted advisor and problem solver capable of getting the deal done, even with challenging circumstances. Dan has worked closely with many estate and trust attorneys to facilitate sales for families including many from out-of-state enabling sales with remote closings. Dan is also the areas leading property tax advisor and advocate, working closely with the assessors for many local municipalities, Dan’s son Ryan, a Birmingham Seaholm graduate and current Michigan State University student joined him as a licensed Realtor in 2019. As the Office Trainer, Dan is honored to continue supporting his fellow Realtors through training seminars, creating business plans, holding fellow agents accountable for their success, and being an overall resource for the brokerage - all while holding his position as a local Top Producer.
