Hi, my name is Dan, and I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and Associate Broker. I started my Real Estate journey in 2013. Since then, I have earned the Presidential Award multiple years as a multimillion-dollar producer. Currently, I serve on the Board of Realtors as co-chair on the MLS/computer Committee, the Grievance Committee, and the Board of Directors. I specialize in residential and commercial properties and enjoy working with first-time home buyers, buyers looking to up or downsize, and multi-family investors. Through the years, I have developed a good working relationship with local banks/lenders and attorneys, which enables me to better assist buyers and sellers through their buying/selling process.
I have become very familiar with the area having lived in Chautauqua and Cattaraugus County my entire life starting with being born in Jamestown, and being raised in Randolph. Since 2000, I have lived in Frewsburg with my wife, Heather, whom I have been married to for 25 plus years. Together we have three beautiful children and one grandchild. As our children were growing up, I was active as a coach for football, baseball, softball, bowling, and basketball. I volunteered as a Cub Scout and Boy Scout Leader for many years. I joined the local Masonic Lodge in 2010, and since that time I have held various offices in our local Lodge, in Chautauqua District, and with the Grand Lodge of the State of New York. Currently, I serve on our Town Zoning Board.
In my free time I enjoy watching the Buffalo Bills, shooting trap, kayaking, bicycling, bowling league, and spending time with my family.
