Daniel is amazing!
After 2020, finding a new house was nearly impossible. I've lived in Baltimore for 5 years now, and was always able to find rental houses on my own without a relator. This time around houses were being rented so quick without even being put on the market!

Daniel helped 24/7 to give us tours, updates on upcoming rental houses, and get our applications in before any others. I really believe I wouldn't have found a rental if it weren't for Daniel. I now live in the BEST location in Canton, and I couldn't be happier!

He is kind, diligent, and I would use again! Thanks Daniel!

Daniel has been an angel to our family. I live in FL and needed help to rent a place in MD for our move by the end of this month. After wasting over a month with realtors for nearly a month, I met Daniel by fluke on the Facebook marketplace. He assured me he would help and stuck to his promise. Despite me being picky and having specific criteria for a house I wanted to live in, Daniel was very patient and understanding. We had less than 15 days to find a place and Daniel helped us find one!!!! Unlike other realtors; he worked very hard through weekends and holidays. He answered all my questions, doubts, fears, irrespective of what time of the day it was that I reached out to him. He not only went in person to show me the place on face time but also send us recorded videos of the rented apartments show I could show them to my husband who wasn't available for the face time showing. After being failed by many realtors in Baltimore, Daniel sure was a ray of hope. I would strongly recommend him to everyone who lives both in MD and outside. He will also be my choice of realtor if I need any help with real estate in the future! Thank you, Daniel, for being our angel in our hour of need. God bless you always!!!
