About Daniel

Born and raised in West O‘ahu, I bring more than local knowledge—I bring a heart for servantship and a commitment to helping Hawai‘i communities thrive. I specialize in guiding homeowners through hardship—whether that’s missed payments, short sales, or uncertainty about the next step. At the same time, I’ve successfully represented clients in trust sales, luxury homes, probate, vacant land, and complex transactions of every kind. If there’s a challenge, I’m ready for it.

On the buyer side, I understand the complexity of all types of loans—from FHA, VA, and conventional to portfolio and ARMs. Alongside my preferred lender, I create financing strategies that open doors for buyers who may have been told “no” elsewhere.

My journey started after serving in the U.S. Coast Guard and studying political science at the University of Hawai‘i. In 2015, I began my real estate career and quickly developed expertise in pricing strategies, distressed property solutions, and transaction management. Today, I serve as Assistant Team Leader at Keller Williams Honolulu and lead The Ulu Team. Out of 300+ agents in our office, I’ve consistently ranked among the top producers—proof that when you lead with value, growth follows.

Outside of work, I’m usually hiking, swimming, at the gym, or at the beach with my three dogs. I also stay active in the community, volunteering at a local dog shelter and cherishing time with my ‘ohana.
