Daniel Venegas

DANIEL VENEGAS focuses on all product types for ARG due to his experiences in both commercial and residential brokerage transactions. Daniel has sold over 100M in property throughout his brokerage career. Prior to ARG, Daniel was based in CBRE’s Century City office focusing on the westside’s markets, with an emphasis on multi-family and development. Daniel was the lead broker for CBRE’s Rising Professionals Organization LA/OC chapter. Born and raised in Santa Monica, Daniel attended Loyola High School of Los Angeles then received a degree in Economics from The University of Pittsburgh. Daniel started his real estate career as part of the 5-man management team for Two Rodeo Drive, one of Beverly Hills’ top destinations. In addition to ARG, Daniel sits on the board of a nonprofit childcare center serving low-income neighborhoods in Los Angeles. In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, and golfing with his friends.
