Daniel Wampler

Daniel started his Real Estate career in Houston, TX in 2005 as an assistant to Real Estate Investors. He worked in Houston till 2008 when he decided to move back home to Wichita, KS, his hometown. He has been a licensed Kansas Realtor since 2009. Since then, He has helped both buyers and sellers with their Real Estate needs. His ultimate goal for his business isn't just to get a commission but to develop a relationship with his clients and become their primary source for information and help with all their Real Estate needs. Currently, he manages the Wichita Area Real Estate Investment Association, which meets once a month on Saturdays. He attended Wichita State University and graduated in 1995 with his Bachelor's degree and attended Rice University and graduated with his Masters in 1999. After graduating from Rice University, he stayed in Houston for 9 more years. He enjoyed his time there and is glad that he had a different perspective by living in such a large city. It gave him a new appreciation for his hometown of Wichita, KS. The best decision he has made was coming home! Recently, he began working with Jeff Lange Real Estate. Thus far he has been happy with the move.
