Daniel Wilde

For over 20 years, Sherry and Dan have been active members of the Milwaukee community. They began as renters in Wauwatosa’s East Towne neighborhood and became homeowners and landlords when they bought their first duplex in 2004. Since then, they have invested in additional rental properties and settled into a single-family home on the border of Wauwatosa and Milwaukee in 2016.

With their experience in buying and managing rental properties, Sherry and Dan are excited to help you explore opportunities in real estate investment. They are experts in identifying profitable properties and are happy to coach new landlords through the process.

Born and raised in West Allis, Sherry and Dan have also had fulfilling careers outside of real estate. Sherry is a former special education teacher who became an instructional designer, while Dan has worked in digital marketing for two Fortune 500 companies in Milwaukee.

In their free time, they enjoy traveling, attending community festivals and concerts, and pursuing personal interests. Sherry is an avid reader and a long-time book club member, and Dan enjoys fitness and learning the guitar.
