He was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and he was always patient with us, even though we were first-time buyers. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and he knows the pros and cons of every region. He was never pushy and he always put our needs first. Even after we closed on our purchase, Daniel was still available to help us with any issues we had at our new home.

If you are looking for a real estate agent that keeps on checking on you everyday and asks about your tiny emotional ups and downs, Daniel is not your guy. But if you are like me, want someone that is highly efficient, a great negotiator and deal maker, may I present you Daniel Xi from Coldwell Banker.
My husband and I are not first time buyers but we recently moved to the Bay Area, so needed some hand holding on understanding the market and the offer making process. Daniel is an expert at both, it really feels like he has a transaction done almost every week, and isn’t shy about sharing his experience and knowledge. After two weeks of searching, we found our ideal house but weren’t sure if our budget was enough to make a deal. Daniel quickly mobilized his resources and connections and was able to help us make an accurate offer price, our offer was accepted right away at a price lower than we expected! Daniel helped us purchase a house in Sunnyvale recently. When the market is on the seller side, you really need an agent like Daniel, who truly knows the market and has a lot of connections. When we first met with Daniel, we discussed what we like, budget etc, he was able to recommend and validate the areas that we should focus our attention on. For each house we were interested in, he always gave us a lot of insights, including on house condition, location and price range. He communicated with the seller agents very well given his extensive network. That really helped throughout the process. I was always amazed by how efficient Daniel was - he was definitely busy, but understood very well what areas we needed advise on. We are not first time buyers so instead of discussing the basic process of buying a home, he shared with us a lot of market insights while respecting our decisions when it comes to price and whether we should make an offer on the house. He really tailored his service based on what his customers need. I highly recommend Daniel.

1. Fast to arrange house tour, and put an offer quickly.
