I first met Daniela in 2007 at an open house I had wondered into as I started my search for an apartment to buy in Boston. Unlike a lot of agents I had met at open houses, Daniela provided straight answers to questions like owner: renter ratio, recent renovations, and general building finances even when some of that information is usually withheld until negotiations start. I took her card and reached out with general questions about the market at the time and soon enough I asked if she'd be my realtor. Even though the process ultimately took about a year and a half, Daniela never made me feel like I was wasting her time or asking too many questions as a first time buyer. She quickly learned what I was looking for, showing me things that fit my criteria and not trying to make me see things out of my price range as some realtors due because of their commission. What was great though is she showed me things that she thought I'd like even if they were slightly different from my list and I'm glad she did, because she understood what I needed in an apartment versus what I thought I wanted and the apartment I feel in love with and ended up buying was definitely not one that fit the list. She made the buying purchase easy and definitely less stressful for a first time buyer, and she's honestly just fun to be around. When we had a few hiccups during the walk through prior to signing--i.e. a giant hole in my living room wall that wasn't plastered--she told me not to worry and used her extensive network to get a contractor to come fix it for me a few days later without cost to me. I had such a good experience with her that when I had to sell the apartment 4 years later because I left Boston, I just handed her the keys and got out of the way. In less than a couple months she had the apartment sold and took care of everything for the close because I was out of town. I couldn't recommend her more! - Mel

As a first time buyer looking for a condo with an experienced buyer, we were expecting a superior level of knowledge and service- both of which Daniella has. She took me to every condo I was interested in and steered me in the right direction when I started to get off track. After putting an offer in, Daniella respected our wish to go through with a modest bid. We were outbid the first time around, but a few days later, Daniella remained on her game and gave us a call to say that the condo was back on the market. Her suggested offer for this time was in line with our expectations as well, demonstrating her apt to read her clients and be realistic in each situation. We won! The process after that was only made easier by her willingness to be on call, even coming to my office a couple times to deliver or pick up documents.
