As a Queens, NY native, raised in Sunnyside and living in South Ozone Park, Daniela has insider knowledge of city living. She fell in love with real estate while helping her parents buy their first home and became familiar with loans, credit reports, appraisals, insurance, etc.; then later coordinated the refinance and rented out their second-floor apartment. A graduate of Queens College, CUNY, Daniela received a Bachelor’s in Sociology degree and had a rewarding career in social work. She advocated for seniors and assisted them in getting Meals-on-Wheels and home care services in locations throughout Manhattan. “I am always eager to find the best solution for my clients’ needs and to build lasting relationships.
