When we first reached out to Daniella we had no idea what buying a home entails. As first time buyers making one of the most important (and biggest!) decisions of our life, it was really important to us that we had a realtor that we could trust. It was quite scary to enter the crazy house market last year as first-time buyers. Daniella helped us ease the whole process with her extensive experience and expertise. She patiently answered our basic questions and quickly responded to our email/text, even after buying the house. She gave us excellent advice and help on the house inspection/financial/tax, etc. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience working with Daniella. Daniella is simply the best! We used Daniella for 3 transactions (sell and buy locally, and then sell to move out of state). She listened to everything that was important to us, had amazing advice based on years of experience, followed through on everything she said, and had her finger on the pulse of everything which was happening in our market.

Not only did she get us exactly what we wanted, she was able to describe, in detail, the timing for each step, such that we were able to sell and buy non-contingent without the need for a rental and only needing a rent-back. And she pulled off this feat twice!

Her network of stagers, painters and handymen were not only amazing, but knew how to get the best bang for your buck.

Daniella is the best! We have bought two homes and sold one with her. All three experiences were wonderful. Buying and selling a home is a big deal and trusting your agent is key. Daniella is incredibly organized and on top of everything. We always felt like we were in good hands and could trust that she had our best interest at heart. She’s so easy to work with, knowledgeable, never pressuring, honest and kind. We knew we weren’t her only clients at the time but she sure makes you feel that way! My husband and I have sold 3 homes in the Bay Area and purchased 4.  We have worked with different realtors and some were great, but I was still blown away by the difference I felt working with Daniella on our last home purchase.  We were new to Walnut Creek and her insights were invaluable as we searched.  She listened so well and never pressured us or tried to sway us from making our decision.  In fact, because she listened so well we ended up buying a house that I wouldn't have considered based on the basic facts.  I trusted her enough to look at it when she brought it to our attention and realized that even though the house had a smaller yard than we wanted, it was on a cul-de-sac and across from open space and it gave us what we were looking for without fitting exactly into my pre-determined parameters.  We've been in our new home a year now and it's such a great fit for us.  Daniella also has a calm presence that I appreciated as we went through a process that can be very stressful. She's very organized, was on top of everything that needed to be done and even (!!) sent us a copy of our closing statement at tax time the following year so I didn't have to dig through my records looking for it.  She truly goes above and beyond in such an unobtrusive way.  We will absolutely use Daniella if we sell or buy again and recommend her to our friends without reservation.

Daniella helped me and my "very" pregnant wife find our new home in the 'burbs! We'd been happy homeowners in SF and were a bit timid about moving east. Daniella helped us find the right home, in the right neighborhood, at a fair price, and the rest is history! The transaction was surprisingly smooth as she was hyper-communicative and readily accessible. We're now raising our little girl, enjoying the extra space, and soaking in the better weather and great walkability of Walnut Creek! I look forward to working with Daniella again on the next one!
