My name is Danielle Beattie, and I’m a licensed Pennsylvania Realtor based in beautiful Lancaster County. I specialize in residential and commercial real estate across Lancaster and the surrounding counties — helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals.
I’ve proudly called Lancaster County home since the age of 10 and grew up around the same neighborhoods where I now help clients find — or sell — their homes. As a McCaskey High School alumna (Go Tornados!), I know this area inside and out and truly enjoy sharing my local knowledge with my clients.
Before becoming a Realtor, I wore many hats. I studied culinary arts and worked as a chef at a popular downtown Lancaster restaurant. I also spent time at a local bank in the loan operations department, where I gained valuable behind-the-scenes experience with mortgage loans. Later, I worked in special education for the School District of Lancaster, an experience that deepened my understanding of patience, communication, and compassion.
Each of these experiences shaped my approach to real estate — allowing me to serve my clients with professionalism, empathy, and care. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping a variety of residential and commercial clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. I am deeply committed to providing a friendly, efficient, and full-service experience every step of the way.
