I worked with Danielle back in 2018 to purchase my first home and was so impressed that I reached back out to her earlier this year to sell my house and to help us find our next home. Within two weeks of working with her we had already found our forever home and had offers on our old home. A few months later and we have officially sold our old home and moved into our new one. Danielle was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. She answered all of my questions and could be contacted at almost any time of day or night. We listed with Danielle as our selling agent on a recommendation from a friend. The entire experience was excellent. She was very prepared and patient, and thoroughly explained everything. We never felt pressured to do anything - Danielle carefully explained the options we had and why she would recommend one over another and made sure we were comfortable with out choices. At every phase of the sale, from listing, showing, and all the way through closing she kept in touch with updates and estimated time lines on various benchmarks. She was attentive to our questions and made sure to follow up with the buyers agent and attorneys when things seemed to be moving slowly. Danielle helped me buy a house in early 2020 and was so helpful then that I contacted her without hesitation to help get another small property. Despite being a small purchase there seemed to be a lot of extra hoops to jump through and unusual issues to resolve, but Danielle was such a big help through the whole thing that it ended up going very smoothly!
