A true white glove experience! I’m naturally a pro active person and I’m usually very hard on Realtors. I like to look at the numbers of a deal and Danielle went above and beyond to provide me all the information I needed to feel comfortable. Such as references, market data, All the way to neighborhood demographics. As well as explain and answer any questions we had. We started our search with existing homes when I noticed Danielle was already asking all the questions I was going ask and gathering information. We eventually landed in new construction homes and during our walkthroughs she was pointing things out that we didn’t consider to look for. (SHE SEES EVERYTHING!). From hand prints and smudges on the walls, or the areas of paint that need to be touched up, to seams that need to be repaired. She handled the process and represented us and our interests with the same care and attention to detail as if it were her own. She has an amazing network as well. She referred me to an insurance agent who was able to save me about $53/month in homeowners insurance compared to my own research. The only thing I wish was better was the closing which we did virtually and had connection issues. The one thing Danielle had no control over 😂. I would consider in person if you can. Overall I was very impressed with Danielle and will recommend her services to anyone.

Danielle is a great realtor who has turned family throughout my process. She will be there throughout the entire journey, always there to answer questions and give recommendations! Even after closing is complete, she will check in, not only to see how much you are loving the property but also if you need a helping hand getting situated. I met Danielle in the middle of Sephora back in December and she mentioned that she was a realtor and handed me her card. Ironically, my boyfriend and I were looking to purchase our 1st home in a few months. I hadn’t spoken to Danielle since I met her but she immediately jumped to assist us in our home search.

Danielle is hands down one of the best realtors in the Tampa area. We wanted to move fairly quickly, so as soon as I called her we went and saw homes the very next day.

The homes that she found checked every box that we were looking for AND was within our budget. She ended finding the amazing house that we ended up purchasing. It’s honestly the home of our dreams.

Throughout the entire process, her communication was impeccable. She would follow up with me consistently via email, text or call. She was always able to answer my calls or messages regardless of the time, which I really appreciated it since it was our first home.

She didn’t feel like a realtor, she felt like family. She made us feel so comfortable and taken care of throughout our journey by supplying us all the information we could have needed. I couldn’t have asked for better realtor. I would definitely recommend her for your real estate needs.

Danielle is the best, she loves what she does and she’s great at it. She went the extra mile to make sure we had a great home buying experience. She was there with all the right questions during the process (first time home buyer). When we closed, we had a little issue which caused us to be in the lender’s office for 5 hours. She never left our side and stuck it out until the end. I would recommend Danielle over and over, she is truly an amazing realtor, and person.

Danielle is amazing, caring and compassionate on all levels. She has guided us through home buying as we are first time personal home buyers and home owner. I am disabled so we had a few things that we had to make sure fit my needs and well those needs were met and were exceeded. Although I wasn’t in the market to purchase a home immediately she was still very patient and answered each of my questions thoroughly.
