Hard working, knowledgeable, and responsive! We recently hired Danielle to help us find a new home as well as sell our current home. From the beginning until the end, Danielle was fully engaged. She researched our home and the area we lived to establish a desirable and reasonable asking price. She guided us through every step of selling our home reducing the stress during a stressful time. Additionally, she explored our wants and needs for our new home, providing us with enough options to make an educated decision. She did a great job at balancing advice with enough room to make our own decision. I'd recommend Danielle to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I cannot recommend Danielle enough. If you're buying or selling property she's absolutely the realtor for you.

Danielle helped us sell our old and buy our new home. She made the process incredibly easy with her wealth of knowledge and experience. No question went unanswered and she was always quick to respond. She would easily point out possible problems and pose good questions to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. On top of everything Danielle was always very positive and supportive, easing the stress of the entire home buying and selling process. If and when I go through this process again I can't think of a better person than Danielle.

Danielle was such a great help while we were house hunting! Sadly, we still had to cancel in Feburary because we still were renting and we couldn't buy out at the time but Danielle was very awesome and patient! Come August, Danielle was ready again to help us find our new home! She explained the home buying process very thoroughly and just a short time later, we found and bought our home! 10/10, absolutely would recommend her to all friends and family!

Danielle Del Rosario is a great real estate rep to have in your corner! I have worked with real estate agents in the past where I have to find the houses and they schedule the appointment for me. Danielle, actually asked me the questions to look for properties for us. Then she actually would send us lists of properties that met our requirements that we were not aware of. She also made sure she was on time and made sure she asked questions of the seller and their real estate agents to make sure we got the full picture. She did her job! She did not expect us to do all the questions and looking. I fully recommend her!

Danielle was such a huge help in our search to find our home. We only had a short amount of time and even with everything we asked for on our wish list, she was able to find us exactly what we wanted. My fiancé was the only one able to travel to look at the homes, but she made me very comfortable knowing that she was still out looking on my behalf making sure my questions were addressed and answered right away. She made the transition from house hunting to close so seamless and easy. Danielle was great to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. No matter how many times that we looked at buildings and either got our asking price turned down or we said no to the building she never stopped doing he job. Danielle was amazing! House we ended up closing on was one she found that I was personally skeptical of until we walked in. Very attentive, finding homes at a quicker rate than I could look online. Had great insight on homes as well based on the numerous amount she has seen. Would recommend to anyone!
