We met Danielle by chance, as the agent listing the property we wanted to look at was on vacation and Danielle was covering her listings. I tend to believe things happen for a reason. We couldn't have been happier with Danielle. She knows the right people, she knows which steps to take and when, and she will keep you motivated through the whole process. Selling, buying, moving is an arduous process... Thank you Danielle, for everything!

I have purchased numerous homes and my experience with Danielle was the best of any of them. I knew exactly what I wanted, where I wanted it, what my budget was and, I was willing to wait for my dream home to come on the market. I contacted Danielle Edwards of RE/MAX after seeing a house she had listed. She was very professional in that she listened to what I wanted. She sat with me and took notes on a: what I had to have b: what I wanted to have and c: what would be nice to have. She set me up with my personal site so she could send me listings as they came up. I would use this site to give her feedback and she would tweak the results. I wasn't dragged all around town looking at houses that I had no interest in or was out of my budget. Finally, I saw the house of my dreams. I called her up and told her I think I just found my new home. We quickly set up a time to see the house and it was my dream home! We made an offer that day. From there Danielle set up the house inspection, the termite inspection, the pool inspection all for the same day. I couldn't believe how efficient she was with my time. She even set up a pre-inspection for my current home. I so impressed with her professional manner and her great personality that I recommended her to my sister. Once again, Danielle found them their dream home. This time she had 5 inspections done at their new home-the next day! Needless to say, not only did Danielle sell 2 homes back to back, there was no question on who was going to list each of our homes. She helped me get market ready without over spending, but also making sure that I addressed the major items on my pre-inspection. She even went with me to pick out new lighting to replace what was here. Now that goes above and beyond. Is isn't often that you find someone who totally loves what they do, and is efficient in all aspects of buying or selling a home. I feel lucky to have found Danielle Edwards. I have worked with several realtors through the years, but have never had one as competent and professional as Danielle. She was constantly on top everything from finding appropriate listings, guiding us on our offer, to setting up five different inspections within a week for us. The only word that comes close to describing our experience with Danielle is AWESOME !! I would recommend Danielle to all of my friends and family in a heartbeat.
