Danielle Fegan

Danielle is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and Director of Business Operations for the Copperwood Realty Group. She began her career in the Commercial Insurance Industry obtaining some of the highest industry designations including the CPCU, ARM and AIC designations. She then decided to expand her career into the appraisal industry. Danielle has been appraising for over eight years while also being an active Commercial Real Estate investor.
She graduated with a Marketing degree from Northern Kentucky University in 2005 and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University in 2008. She continues to develop and stay up to date with current industry trends through industry specific education classes and seminars.
Danielle enjoys traveling domestically and internationally as well as spending time with her family and gourmet cooking.
