One word captures my experience with Danielle Green as a real estate agent: AMAZING!! I knew her from another context so when it was time for me to find an agent, she was an easy choice. From the moment I expressed interest in selling my condo, she was available to answer questions. Danielle answered ALL my questions throughout the process, and I asked many. She was very accessible via text and email, and we even had one Zoom meeting. Danielle knew my expectations and could anticipate what would work for me and what would not. By the time she would bring a proposal to me, I could approve it because she had handled all issues before presenting it to me.  She knows her professional obligations as a real estate agent, and she always followed appropriate protocol making sure I knew what was going on and understood content in documents and buyer’s requests. Selling a house can be an extremely stressful experience. Working with Danielle significantly reduced my stress. I don’t know what I would have done without her guidance and support along the way. I will be forever grateful for her competence and the care she took in making sure I had a positive experience selling my condo. I am thrilled that I was fortunate enough to have Danielle Green as my real estate agent, and I highly recommend her without reservations.

Danielle Green and Greenhaus Real Estate was an experience like none other. I came to Danielle regarding a rental property needed to be sold ASAP! From the first day I reached out, I received nothing but professional, suburb service. Danielle went above and beyond to get the property sold. She took care of getting my tenant out, met with contractors, most importantly arranged for final docs to be signed in the leisure of my home in another state. She stated she didn’t want me to worry about anything and boy did she deliver! I highly recommend Danielle Green and Greenhaus Real Estate to handle ALL of your real estate needs. Danielle made the experience of purchasing my first home such a smooth process. Between her personable nature and knowledgeability, I felt comfortable at every point in the process. She was patient with me even as my taste in properties shifted, eventually helping me find “my” house! In the end, she felt like family. Danielle is the best. She was with us every step of the way when searching for our new house AND selling our old house. She went above and beyond when we had her finding houses to look at all over 3 counties. When the time comes to sell our current house she will be the only one we call. If you want the best possible service than Danielle is the only way to go.

I have worked with Danielle of Greenhaus on two different occasions to purchase a property and each time has been an enjoyable experience. Danielle is personable and highly knowledgeable of the market and real estate. She has years of experience and it is evident in the way she shows up for you as a client and advocate. Although the home buiying process can be exhausting and stressful, I never felt that way because of the professionalism and communication that Danielle provided. I strongly recommend working with Greenhaus for their expertise and humanizing the selling/buying process.

At the beginning of the year we moved out of state By far one of the most stressful things we have ever done. Danielle Green made selling our home in Michigan one of the easiest things out of the whole venture. Danielle was absolutely heaven sent! She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, down to earth and transparent. As first time home-buyers, during the HEIGHT of a global pandemic might I add, my husband and I appreciated how she represented us and represented herself during a very stressful buying process. We will pass her name on forever & ever. We plan to be in our home for a good while, but without a doubt we will use her when we are ready for our next big move. Where to begin!? Danielle goes above and beyond for her clients. As a first time home buyer, she walked me through the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I felt like we truly worked together as a team through the whole home-buying process. I felt she really advocated for me as a client and helped me put my best foot forward. She looked out for my best interests and was always honest and upfront about the properties we were looking at and the pros and cons. Danielle was my rock through it all. She is smart, determined, knowledgeable about the market and passionate about her work. She truly cares about her clients and helping them find their dream home. I cannot say enough good things about Danielle and reccomend her to anyone who needs a reliable agent.

Danielle at Greenhaus was a life-saver.
