It was an absolute pleasure working with Danielle and her fabulous team. I have compatible work with other agents in the area and the work Danielle did was night and day what I have ever experienced with others. We worked with Breann Hodges in selling a house in Castro Valley, California. She is part of the Keil Group at Keller Williams in Castro Valley. We live out of state, and had to navigate much of the transaction from 3000 miles away.

Breann is so easy to work with! She is competent and caring and shepherded the entire sale process. She was instrumental in helping us prepare the house for sale, recommending contractors for, and coordinating, house clean out, cosmetic updates and repairs, landscapers, house cleaners and inspections. Breann’s contacts for completing all of these tasks were excellent as is her knowledge of the local market. She held an open house, as well as several individual showings, and the house was under contract within a week of going on the market.

Breann was responsive to our questions and needs throughout the entire process. She consistently went beyond her responsibilities by personally taking care of tasks when we were out of town. Her calm manner, optimism and good cheer were much appreciated during the somewhat stressful process of selling a house from across the country.

We have worked with many real estate agents over the years, and Breanne was by far the best! Highly recommend!

My husband and I made the best decision to have Danielle sell our house in San Leandro, California. She and the team made the process easy and everything ran smoothly. We knew we were in competent hands. Danielle was awesome to work with. She was responsive and tentative to our needs. You can talk to her like one of your long time friends. But yet very professional. The general contractor, Scott, that she recommended to renovate our house was superb. We can’t say enough good things about him and his crew. Selling and having to move out of state can be very stressful. We’re so grateful for both Scott and Danielle for taking care of everything and making us happy as the result. Danielle Keil and her team made selling my deceased mother's house painless. She babied me through every step of the process, so I felt comfortable with an emotional sale. She was willing to be involved as much or as little as we wanted/needed. I gave her carte blanche and she did not let me down. I have been a successful realtor in Southern California for over 30 years. I have experienced all kinds of agents and know there are a lot of "fast talkers" but very few who work hard for their clients and constantly update them.

I owned a home in Northern California and knew a local agent would do a much better job selling it. A few homes had sold in my complex and I reviewed the listings. Breann's listing and marketing stood out from the rest. I called and immediately liked her. After our conversation, I didn't want to consider anyone else and put my listing and trust in her. She exceeded my expectations.

Since the property was vacant, she suggested staging it. Her stager did a great job. The home sold quickly and Breann constantly kept me updated and we closed on time. It was a pleasure working with her and viewing a real professional who is a credit to our business!

Danielle was referred to us by our tenant. She made our selling experience as smooth as possible.

Danielle coordinated the efforts of all the other professional teams (home inspection, the painter, cleaning crew, and top notch stagers) to place our property in the best possible position for sale...all within extremely tight time constraints, due to our coming international travel

She guided us through each step, kept us in the loop on every detail, provided plenty of support and education, and made sure that we were comfortable with every decision. She was available via text, email, phone call and What's up.

Danielle has a good balance of respecting your decisions without pressure, but also making sure you are well informed and benefit from her knowledge of being in the industry for many years.

Danielle was fantastic in helping me buy my first home in the Bay. From the very first phone call, she was so reassuring and committed to finding the exact home I was looking for. After discussing my criteria, within a day she provided a list of houses on the market to view. And immediately, I was able to view all the houses that interested me. She made herself available to view houses around my own schedule, even in the evenings. In my indecisiveness, I had to personally weigh the pros and cons of each house we visited, but I never felt pressured by her to make a decision and she was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Keep your friends close, your enemies closer was the age old adage I followed when I reached out to Danielle to be my realtor. Danielle was the seller’s realtor on “the one” that got away aka my dream home. She was a fierce negotiator with a killer listing, and I thought to myself, I’d much rather have her with me than against me. What started out as a calculated move quickly turned into the best, most genuine experience of my life. As a buyer’s realtor, Danielle is like the best friend that everyone wants, who looks out for your best interest helps you swipe left on the all the duds. Once you finally found the one worth swiping right on, she will go above and beyond to make things happen. From meticulously reviewing the bajilion of disclosures to tapping on her vast network of helpful resources, I have never felt so supported along the way. Thanks to her strategic thinking and fierce negotiating (thankfully FOR me instead of against me!) I was able to obtain dream house 2.0! Coming from an auditor background, being skeptical is in my nature, but by the end of this journey, I’m chilling in my amazing home a true believer of Danielle as THE realtor for the East Bay Area. Danielle was a fantastic realtor and I highly recommend her to anyone! She is also supported by a great team (Donna!) who helped to keep us on track and made both selling and buying a house so much easier.

First, she helped my wife and I navigate the process of selling our first house. She really understands the market and gave us great advice on the timing of when to list our house and picking the right price point to list at. We hosted two very successful open houses and got multiple offers as a result.

On the buying side, we were looking right when COVID shelter in place went into effect. Despite the unprecedented uncertainties, Danielle was a pro at helping us to put an offer in on a house and close on time. There were so many unknowns but Danielle was able to provide us answers and keep everything on track.

Danielle was one of three Realtors my parents carefully vetted and interviewed to sell a home that has been in our family for over 30 years. My parents wanted to downsize and relocate to the San Diego area to be closer to family. The sale required a lot of updating to get it ready to list. Our family chose Danielle’s Team to represent us because of their overall approach to selling a home. Over a three-month period, Danielle and her team coached our family through the process of updating and getting the most value for the home, coordinated with my parents and the stager, and hosted frequent open houses and broker’s gatherings to get the most exposure for the home. Danielle went above and beyond by communicating with my parent’s San Diego Realtor to ensure closing time-frames and conditions were met with their San Diego home purchase. I needed to sell my out-of-state rental home in Castro Valley earlier this year. I knew it would be a stressful, complicated task to prepare the home to be market ready, list it, and then sell it while living two states away. Danielle Keil came to my rescue!
Upon our first meeting, Danielle's approach to the sale gave me great confidence and peace of mind. First she introduced me to a trustworthy general contractor who had a team that could do all the necessary remodeling work to the home. Then Danielle coordinated and attended all the inspections, cleaning service appointments, staging coordination, all while frequently visiting the house during the month-long remodel process and sending photos of the progress. She was always prompt in responding to my calls, texts or emails. I was extremely happy with the contractor’s work (Stan "Scott" Pritchard and the home sold within a week at $80K over asking.
At one point, Danielle needed to step in and mediate an issue with the buyer’s agent. Her professional expertise brought swift resolve resulting in both happy buyers and seller. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Danielle Keil for any and all of your real estate needs.
