My roots in real estate go back to 1995, working for a small brokerage in the Poconos of Pennsylvania. Since then, I've built my career on the same thing: negotiating hard and fighting for the person in front of me.
I hold licenses in both South Carolina and North Carolina, so I can help you on either side of the state line. In North Carolina, I focus on Calabash, Sunset Beach, Supply, Holden Beach, Ash, and Ocean Isle Beach. In South Carolina, I work Little River, North Myrtle Beach, Longs, Loris, Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach, Garden City, and Cherry Grove. I help people relocate to this area, and I help sellers price their homes right, so they sell fast and for what they're worth in the current market.
When you call, I answer. It's just me. No team, no hand-offs.
In my downtime, you'll find me at Pilates, or walking my dogs. I also volunteer at Grand Strand Humane Society and with my Closings for Paws initiative. With every closing a donation is made to assist with medical care, adoption fees and many other necessities.
