About Danielle
A Larchmont resident for more than 35 years, Danielle Longhitano brings unique knowledge of the community to her career at Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty. Born and raised in Larchmont, Danielle later returned to reside in her beloved hometown with her family. One of the most valuable aspects of her role as a real estate professional is the ability to welcome clients to the neighborhoods she knows so well, both in Larchmont and the surrounding towns. Whether helping them navigate the school system or discover a favorite local restaurant, Danielle’s longstanding community involvement is an asset to new and established clients alike.
A graduate of Hofstra University and member of the university’s Division I Lacrosse team, Danielle went on to earn her Professional Diploma in School Psychology and a master’s degree in Therapeutic Interventions from Fordham University. Upon graduating, she took a position with Mamaroneck’s school district as a private evaluator. While pursuing her master’s degree, Danielle worked with her family’s business, LDG Properties, a commercial and residential real estate firm located in White Plains. It was there that she realized her passion for real estate and began developing the foundation for her career.
Combining her keen intuition, empathy, and strong listening skills, Danielle’s years of experience in psychology blend seamlessly with her emphasis on personal client service. Whether working with a first-time home buyer or a seller looking to downsize, Danielle consistently demonstrates an unwavering commitment to each client she serves. On the seller side, she carefully appraises each listing to ensure her clients’ homes are priced competitively, and repeatedly secures offers above the listing price. Her market savvy, accessibility and efficiency allow her to make each client’s business her number one priority.
Over the last 6 years, Danielle has gained extensive personal experience with renovating and flipping homes in Larchmont. Learning about the renovation process allows her to encourage buyers to see the potential in fixer-uppers instead of only turn-key houses. Having built a roster of trustworthy references, from general contractors to architects, Danielle has become a one-stop resource for clients, family, and friends. With her knowledge and expertise, she can effectively guide sellers with the projects they’re completing on their own homes.
Danielle received her real estate salespersons license from Pace University and joined Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015. Since starting her real estate career, Danielle’s tenacity and dedication have resulted in dozens of satisfied clients throughout Larchmont and the surrounding towns. In 2017, she was invited to join the Sotheby's International Realty Producers Club, representing the top 5% of all producer’s industry wide in Westchester. She currently resides in Larchmont with her husband, Niall, and children, Jack, Emma, Chloe & Ryan. When she isn’t helping someone find the home of their dreams, Danielle loves traveling, running marathons, fundraising, horseback riding, and spending time with her friends and family.
