Danielle Dunn O’Connor was born and raised on the Main Line. She attended Radnor elementary and middle schools, as well as her mother’s alma mater, the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur in Villanova. Danielle thrived at academics and sports, highlighting Field Hockey, and started the school’s first ever Golf team. She graduated from Cornell University on the Dean’s List while earning All American and All Ivy League Honors for Cornell’s Division 1 Field Hockey Program. She started her career in New York City on Madison Ave in advertising and biotech sales. After several years, Danielle moved back home to her friends and family, where she met her husband Paul. Paul is a Villanova native, and founding partner of Apt Management, a real estate investment and management company that focuses on multifamily apartments.
Danielle resides in Saint Davids, with Paul, their four children, and two dogs. The O’Connors found a 79-year-old stone colonial after an exhaustive search of Main Line Properties. They completely gutted, redesigned, and renovated the home. Danielle collaborated closely with the architects, contractors, and designers. Their home was featured as “kitchen of the week” on the popular Houzz website and the Philadelphia Inquirer. Danielle loved her personal real estate experience, as well as renovating her new home, and started her real estate sales career at Berkshire Hathaway where she was a part of an award-winning team and was top 2% of the company for 3 years in a row. She won Next Door Favorite Realtor for St Davids, PA and her work has been featured on CBS News, Real Estate Edition.
Danielle is vibrant, hard-working, competitive, and tech-savvy. She has stellar interpersonal relationship skills. She most recently joined the largest independent brokerage firm in the nation, Compass Real Estate on the Main Line, and was nominated for the Five Star Real Estate agent award for the Main Line for 2020.
