Danielle was wonderful to work with and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. She has a sweet, easy-going personality and her knowledge of the real estate business is impressive. We were first-time sellers and put our trust in her to get us through the entire process. We could not have been happier with the outcome! The listing was beautifully done and the showings were seamless. She is very reliable and always responded to our questions keeping us informed of the next steps. The truth of it is, to put down in words what Danielle did for my family, would take hundreds of pages. From the moment my wife and I met her back in January, we knew she was the one to navigate us to our end goal: selling our home and finding our new forever home. Danielle was great in our first meeting, where she basically sat down with us and gathered all the information she needed to be able to understand what we were looking for. 2020 started off docile, but then quickly escalated into a pandemic, which caused us to take a pause on the house search. Danielle was great about that also. She never pushed us and was extremely professional and friendly about our decision. She stayed in touch with us, checking in, more so as a friend, rather than a realtor. When we were finally ready to proceed a few months later, Danielle didn’t miss a beat. She and her dream team helped us prepare our house for showings and even created a video to go along with the listing. She delivered as promised. We didn’t even make it to the open house as we had multiple offers and were under contract in a matter of days! Just as quickly as she did that, she timed it perfectly with our home searches and ultimately found us the perfect forever home. I am sitting here in our new home writing this, and looking back on the journey, probably the best part of it was the friendship we made along the way with Danielle. Tough to sum her up in a few words, but if you had to pin me down, professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and determined to help you sell your home and find your new home. If you are not working with Danielle, you are not working with the dream team. My family is forever grateful to her, and the best thing of 2020 was her walking up to our doorstep on day 1. She delivered as promised, and then some. Hands down, Danielle is the best there is.

Danielle was recommended to us by our lender who referred to her as a "beast". That was an understatement. She not only took on her responsibilities but even stepped up to the plate when our attorney was less than adequate and fought on our behalf. Danielle will be the only realtor we recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is the best!!!

If you are looking for an absolutely hard working realtor then look no further. Danielle is an absolute workhorse. She never stops, she is always available and she is on top of what ever issues arise. She is very knowledgeable,very personable, and very caring. My wife and I started looking at houses early summer of 2018. When we found one we liked, I submitted a showing request. By the time my keurig had finished brewing my cup of coffee, I had a text from Danielle. She was able to schedule the showing for the next day!

During the months that followed, we looked at various properties and she advised us on them pertaining to what my wife and I were looking for. 3-4 bedrooms, private setting, higher rated schools....etc... She explained the differences between certain listings and the kinds of loans the properties would be approved for and she answered all the question we had.

At the same time we were searching for a new house for us, we were also getting ready to sell our current house. She advised us on selling price, timing (some months sell better than others), and presentation (for showings). Our home had a potential buyer with a week of it being on the market.

Early fall (September?) I was scrolling through the handful of listings Danielle had sent me via email (which she updated daily). One of them had caught my eye immediately and I sent Danielle a text right away. She promptly responded and we had a showing scheduled the next day. After the showing that night, my wife and I decided to make an offer on the property. The seller accepted our offer (probably due to Danielle's masterful negotiation skills, since there were many other offers)!!

Danielle professionally guided us through every step of the process. She was present for the home and septic inspections (some took hours to complete). She suggested lawyers, lenders, inspectors, and contractors (plumbers, electricians...etc..). She even called around to get multiple septic system quotes when we learned ours needed replacing.

When we reached out for help, Danielle extended her hand. She was our guide throughout the search for our forever home and she smiled through the stumbles and roadblocks as if somehow she knew it would all turn out fine, all the way up to the closing table seeing the keys being handed over.

We're looking forward to living and making a lifetime of memories with our family in our dream home. If not for Danielle, I'm not sure it would have been possible.
