Danielle completely turned our home buying experience around. My husband and I were about to give up on trying to buy a home, then we met Danielle. She was on top of communication, deadlines, and she had recommendations for any inspections we needed.
The main thing that we appreciated was her communication. She was always checking in with us and with our lender. I really can’t say enough how much easier our home buying process was once Danielle took over. 1000/10.

Top notch experience with Waters Real Estate: our agent Ashley went above and beyond from communicating, to begin present on site at our location at least 2 days a week she visited the site and kept us up to date with the progress, as far as photos, emails, text messages, her patience was exceptional, she showed that she cared about our new home purchase. I would highly recommend Ashley to friends and family. We are from upstate New York, therefore could not take part in the process as we could have if we was in Florida, she stayed on top of everything.

Let me tell you - what a mother-daughter team! We had one buyer pull out after being in contract for a month, somehow Danielle and Ann were able to get a new CASH buyer within 12 hours at FULL price! 2nd buyer was extremely difficult, but as the seller, I was completely shielded from the drama, and they got the job done.
