I’m a Metro Atlanta Realtor®, and while I work with buyers, sellers, and investors, a big part of what I do is helping homeowners navigate difficult situations.
My approach to real estate is personal. I’ve gone through market shifts myself that led to losing properties, so I understand how overwhelming and stressful things can feel when everything isn’t going as planned. That experience changed how I show up for my clients—I lead with understanding, not pressure.
I work closely with distressed homeowners, including those facing pre-foreclosure or considering a short sale. A lot of people don’t realize they still have options, and my goal is to make sure you fully understand those options before making any decisions. No pressure, no judgment—just real information so you can move the way that’s best for you.
Outside of that, I bring over 20 years of experience as a real estate investor and advisor. I also work with new construction, off-market opportunities, and investors looking to build or expand. I’m big on strategy, strong negotiation, and making sure my clients don’t leave money on the table—but I also keep things calm, clear, and straightforward.
