Danise Davis

A native Californian, Danise grew up in nearby San Fernando Valley, moved to Santa Clarita in 1978, and became a Realtor in 1988
Her love for Santa Clarita began in childhood when her grandparents lived in S.C.V. and later she often revisited SCV as a teenager for horseback riding and field trips. After a few years in the San Bernardino mountains, she came back to Santa Clarita in large part because of the schools. Danise managed a construction office for a dozen years for a high-end pool builder. Today Danise is an officer of SCV Elks club and also in Zonta International which has a local club in SCV. Zonta’s mission is to improve the lives of women, here and around the world. She also supports and/or volunteers for several other local non-profits including WiSH Foundation, Zonta’s mission is to improve the lives of women, here and around the world. She also supports and/or volunteers for several other local non-profits including Elks Club, Boys & Girls Club, Circle of Hope, HMNMH Foundation, SCV Senior Center, Child & Family Center, and Single Mother’s Outreach. In her spare time, she attends local live music events, golfs, dances (swing & country), and belongs to a walking group.

Danise's tagline is that she is a consultant, not a sales person. This means she is a person who keeps you informed about what's happening and what to expect next ... who takes care of all the many details that go into making sure your sale or purchase runs smoothly from start to keys.
