Danna's Team provides guidance throughout the process of purchasing or selling Real Estate. People are diverse and have very specific needs. Financially, real property, is most often the most expensive purchase or sale an individual will experience in their lives. For this reason, it is extremely important to have someone you can trust providing you with market data applicable to your area of interest and giving you sound advice regarding the data. Just as everyone's Real Estate needs, wants and desires come in many varieties, the same holds true with an individuals' knowledge regarding the buying and selling process. Danna has worked with buyers and sellers from those seasoned pros who have been through the process many times, to individuals who have done their research and understand the process but as yet have not experienced the excitement, and Danna also has worked with clients who do not even know where to begin. Danna enjoys working with people and has vast experience both as a Realtor and a manager in a corporate environment. She believes in getting to know her clients by being pleasant and encouraging them to feel comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns, and sharing their desires.
