Danna represented us in buying our home in Titusville recently and we could not be happier with the work she performed on our behalf. Several months prior to our move she took a day to give us an overview of the Space Coast area after which we selected Titusville as our target destination. Thereafter she continually provided us with homes to consider as they were being listed until finally we found one that really caught our interest. Danna did a Zoom tour of the home the next day with our daughter who lives relatively close and we submitted an offer that evening and, to make a long story short, we ended up getting the house we wanted. Throughout the process from offer to final close Danna fostered us through and got the job done quickly, efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. We have no problem recommending Danna to others, especially those coming in from a longer distance that cannot have an eyes-on approach. We have already recommended her to another family member looking to locate south and will be doing so again. Thanks again Danna for your great work, a great approach and get-it-done attitude! Danna Schweim is a fabulous realtor! I wanted to move to Florida for about 8 years. The timing just was not right. I lived in NC and she would look at properties for me, showed properties to my adult kids in FL for 8 years. That takes dedication and patience. She is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Thank you Danna!!

Danna was awesome. I would send her lists of addresses (like 10 to 20) I wanted to check out and we would get them seen with no problem mostly in a one day round Robin which worked best for me. I was quick going through usually but there were sometimes when I would take my time on ones I had more interest in. She never rushed it. She was super supportive throughout the whole process and I found the best house. She was super nice and even though a long process, since I was picky, she made me feel like a top priority throughout the whole process. And she really understood what I was looking for and helped calm my nerves from beginning to end answering the million questions I had along the way.
