Danny Batatt

Danny Batatt is a Naples, Florida native with a background in finance and a strong foundation in both residential and commercial real estate. After earning his undergraduate degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Florida Gulf Coast University, he went on to complete a Master of Science in Real Estate—with a focus on commercial investment and development—from the University of Florida.

Danny began his career in residential sales, building a reputation for providing market-based insights and clear communication. His current practice focuses on commercial real estate, particularly investment sales and tenant representation. Known for his analytical approach and consultative style, he helps clients navigate acquisitions, dispositions, and complex leasing decisions.
