My wife and I would highly recommend Danny Ladd as a realtor. He helped us in every aspect of not only selling our current home, but in finding, and purchasing our new one. He handled every major and minor detail involved with both buying and selling, which allowed very minor disruption to our work and personal life, and regularly keeping us updated every step of the way. As a first time home buyer I was very anxious and full of questions. The moment I walked into Mr. Ladd's office I knew I had came to the right place. He was very knowledgeable and sympathtic to my concerns. He took my want/need list and showed me only properties that fit what I was looking for. When we found the house he was with me every step of the way. The day I moved in Mr. Ladd brought some last minute paper work by for me to sign, his job was done and he could have went on about his day.
