Danny Loftin

Danny began in construction as early as 12 years old, helping his Dad on remodeling and restoration projects around Metro Atlanta. Right out of high school, he became licensed to practice Real Estate and it has now been 30 years since he received his Real Estate License. His career has been guided by a Strong Urge toward Entrepreneurial Ventures including owning a Sign Shoppe and helping start and manage several restaurants. His passion has always returned to Real Estate and the desire to create things and make deals happen. He has a vast knowledge of most aspects of Real Estate and has personally developed dozens of residential building lots and personally (with the un-replaceable aid of his wife and job superintendent Carla) built dozens of homes, both Custom and Speculative. He is very easy to work with and goes out of his way to keep everyone involved in his transactions happy. He has a general joy for life and all of the challenges and joy it brings. He has a wonderful wife, Carla who is an invaluable helpmate in all he does and two wonderful children who make him want to come home after work. He also has a real passion for cooking and any one that knows him will agree that, ultimately, it is All About the Food.
