ajwar1154 - Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $175K in Fernwood, Chicago, IL - I worked with Danny for months trying to find the perfect home. We had specific needs: a decent neighborhood, a rehabbed home, a bedroom that could be made into a studio, etc. all within our price range. We saw a lot of homes. It seemed like every Sunday, we would be seeing our friend Danny. After our first attempted home purchase, which ultimately fell through upon inspection, Danny encouraged us to keep looking (even though we were ready to give up). We ended up putting in an offer on Easter (yes, Danny met with us on Easter!). Everything went through perfectly, and we are now happy in our new home. Danny was always easy to get in touch with. If he didn't answer, he would text right away and say he would be in touch shortly. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with my controlling and anxious ways. Seriously, just use Mr. Ross as your real estate agent. He has plenty of years experience and will get your transaction done.
