Danny was a wonderful advocate when selling our home. It was our first time selling a house, and he walked us through all the steps to set us up for success. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and our house sold in 5 days! He was organized and very attentive. He answered all of our questions and kept in close contact. Five Stars isn't nearly enough. Danny was amazingly supportive and wonderful through my entire homebuying process. As a first time purchaser I had a lot of questions and Danny was able to answer every one or point me in the direction of the appropriate person to ask. He happily toured every listing I found while doom scrolling on Zillow and was instrumental in pointing out things that lined up with my "must have" and "must not have" lists. When we found the perfect home, he was there with me through the whole process with support and answers to my many, many questions. I am very happy to have met Danny and I look forward to working with him again.

I cannot say enough great things about Danny! He was incredibly patient, showing me several properties multiple times (often on short notice), quick to respond to all of my questions, and drove me around DC because I don't own a car. He also has a great eye for design as he walked me through potential designs/setups for various properties to make better use of the space. Lastly and most importantly, I felt that at all times Danny truly had my best interest at heart. Danny is such a pleasure to work with - if you're deciding on a realtor take comfort in knowing you're great hands with Danny!

We have bought/sold 5 properties over the years and Danny has been the best realtor of the bunch. Attentive, responsive, professional, patient and was always there to follow up on things, including like letting workers/trades people in to the unit pre-closing when we were not available. A calm and reassuring voice who, we felt, really had our best interests at heart. Would recommend without hesitation and will use again if the opportunity arises.

"Cannot say enough good things about Danny. We're honestly not sure we would have bought a home any time soon if it weren't for him. As first time home buyers, our other experiences trying to step into the market were pretty much either us pulling teeth to get help or being inundated with every possible communication about every property imaginable. It was often frustrating and/or overwhelming and we had pretty much resigned ourselves to continue renting for the foreseeable future. Until we met Danny! We happened to pop in to an open house he was running and liked him right away. Afterwards he was the perfect balance of offering options and giving us space to make decisions. We really felt like he listened to us and what we needed during the home search, and then once we decided to move forward with a purchase we felt confident that he was in our corner for any bumps or snags along the way. So grateful to him and highly, highly recommend him to anyone who is even considering buying."
