Danyelle was an absolute delight to work with during our first home-buying experience! We were definitely nervous about our first purchase, but Danyelle immediately made us feel taken care of. I felt confident in her ability to be an advocate for us in negotiations. She also really made it work so that we could quickly see properties we were interested in (in fact - when we were out of town, she even drove to a property and gave us a FaceTime tour so we could quickly submit an offer!). I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!!

Danyelle is an exceptional real estate professional. She invests time to understands clients liking and interest and slowly guides them towards viable options. Never felt pressured to make a decision. I live in Texas and bought my house online with Danyelle. This was possible mainly due to the trust we were able to built with her over the 40 days of home search. I'd definitely recommend/use her services again for any real estate purpose.

Buying a home is challenging to begin with. Add in the complexity of being remote and unable to view in person. Video calls can only do so much; a huge burden still falls on the realtor to make a judgement call and identify if the buyers would emotionally connect with a home. Danyelle took the time to understand exactly what we like and to build this trust. She's been very thorough in the background work on any property we liked. She was extremely accommodative and patient throughout the process and helped making the process less stressful. We never felt rushed or compelled to put an offer despite the market being so crazy right now. We're very glad to have had Danyelle as our realtor!
