My husband and I were considering selling our home but wasn't sure how to proceed in todays housing market. We met Daphne while she was hosting an open house where I shared my concerns with her. She met with us, answered endless questions, made suggestions and patiently walked us through every step of selling and buying our homes. Daphne took her job leaps and bounds beyond "Realtor". She took the time and effort to get know us, our family, our likes, dislikes. She really cares about her clients and does whatever it takes to make it happen. When I met Daphne , not only did I find knowledgeable, experienced realtor, I also found a friend!

I'm not sure I can put into words all that Daphne (and her husband) did for me during my 6 day moving trip and arrival! I was travelling alone for over 1800 miles, with 2 cats and a dog in a 20 ft. U Haul, towing a 15 ft. trailer. Daphne text me each evening, even more often sometimes. Without telling the whole story; let me just say this: Daphne went above and beyond what the everyday Realtor does. To top everything off she was always kind and patient, helpful beyond her job description and cheerful. By the time I arrived, I felt like I had know her a long time as a friend. This post is only a tip of the ice berg with all the wonderful things that have happened because I fell in love with a house, emailed a Realtor, and Daphne called me personally. Oh, and she knows her stuff when it comes to selling Real Estate!

Daphne Cook is far beyond a realtor, she is now a close friend. After buying and selling a couple homes with her, she was a Godsend! She worked so very hard for us, some nights up at 11-12, whatever it took to find us the right home and sell ours. She’s such a sweet person and helps take away the stress during the buying & selling process & handles everything. I recommend her over & over! She has been in the real estate business over 25 years and knows everything and more about the industry. You can’t find anyone better than Daphne, she’s aggressive and will help in making your dreams a reality! We love her!!!
