Daphne Patton

Whether she’s running a marathon or climbing a mountain, Daphne is always moving. Her ‘never sit down, never give up’ attitude as an endurance athlete is what inspires her to work tirelessly for buyers and sellers. Her track record as a collegiate athlete, University of Iowa Rowing Team letter winner, retired downhill ski racer, and high school soccer player complement a nearly two-decade career in real estate. Attentive and outgoing, Daphne understands what it’s like to be driven by a goal—whether that goal is to break a personal record or purchase your first home.
Daphne was born in Rome, Italy and raised in Chicago. She’s run a total of seven marathons in the U.S. and globally, including the Boston Marathon, Paris Marathon, and Marine Corps Marathon. When she’s not working with clients or climbing mountains, she enjoys reading, interior design, and drinking coffee. Her favorite activity is cheering on her kids—her daughter, twin sons, and three billet kids who play hockey for the Cedar Rapids Roughriders. Daphne lives in North Liberty with her husband, her brood of kids, and two Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs.
