Dara Buzzard

As a Walnut Creek native, Dara has come full circle and returned to her hometown of Walnut Creek to raise her family in a community that she knows and loves. After deciding to buy a home in the Bay Area, Dara and her husband finally settled into their Eichler home and became deeply involved in the community.

As an Eichler enthusiast, Dara loves beautiful design and uses that love to carefully guide her clients through the selling process, paying close attention to detail, using creative marketing, and going above and beyond to help her clients reach their real estate goals. Dara works closely with a top network of stagers, lenders, an amazing escrow team, and has wonderful contractors and inspectors to help make the process of buying or listing your home smooth and easy (and even FUN!)

Prior to real estate, Dara was in elementary education for 20 years. Dara has taken everything she has learned from teaching elementary school into her love of educating and supporting her clients in the process of buying and selling real estate. Her years of negotiating playground disputes over kickball and four square rules have beyond prepared her for being a tough negotiator for her clients.

Dara loves giving back- organizing the annual neighborhood garage sale, supporting Curtains Up Youth Theater at the local elementary school, sponsoring Northgate Athletics and the Rancho San Miguel Swim Team, and organizing an annual food drive for the Contra Costa Food Pantry in-conjunction with the City of Walnut Creek.

Dara continues to make the prestigious President's Club each year at her company, and recently sold the highest price per square foot home in Rancho San Miguel, setting new records. Now, let's go and have some FUN!
