Mr. Denis took his time to explain the process and understood exactly the price point we were looking to sell .He listened to my preferences, and provided insightful advice. Mr Denis was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and helped me narrow down options that truly aligned with my needs.
One of the things I appreciated most was responsiveness. Whether it was a quick question via text or a detailed inquiry via email, if he didn’t know the answer he would always get back to me in a timely manner, which really put my mind at ease.
