Originally living in Emerald Isle in the 90’s, Darcel and her husband, Mike, daughter, Lauren, and yellow lab, Sunny, returned to plant roots in the area in 2018. Darcel is an East Carolina University alumna with a background in banking and accounting. She is a professional who is detail-oriented and an excellent communicator.
