Enjoyable buying experience!
Darcy was exactly the agent we needed to win the bidding war in this cutthroat market. We bought a a house for my parents in our neighborhood after having bought our house a few years earlier and were amazed to win the first offer we made with Darcy's advice! When we bought our own house we'd made multiple offers and it was a frustrating experience so we couldn't believe the buying experience could be this painless even though the market is much tighter in 2021. She was always professional and communication was top notch as she communicates with buyers and other agents in whichever mode they find most comfortable. She's skilled and experienced and I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Personable, Professional, with Knowledgeable Insight
Darcy was wonderful to work with during the stressful process of selling our home. She was available via text or call at all hours of the day and always had helpful answers. We had a "challenging" sellers agent and Darcy rose to the occasion, dealing with that unfortunate person with professionalism while always keeping our goals at the forefront. The sellers agent tried to rake us over the coals, but Darcy protected us the whole way through. We sold our home for our goal price with only the expected accommodations. I recommend her to all my friends and highly recommend her here as well.

Long-Term Home Buying Experience
Darcy was a excellent ally on our home-buying journey. We started out looking at a variety of existing homes, but an opportunity for a new build popped up in our target area - and just the right size for our needs. We ended up going for that new build and it worked out great! Darcy stuck with us through all of this. She was able to identify some finer print details that we weren't aware of and give us sound advice. She is a fantastic people-person and she made the interactions with the seller smooth and easy. And she explained all of the little details along the way, so we always felt in the know and comfortable with the situation.

The home buying/selling experience is stressful, and this year adding the COVID factor the process was anxiety-inducing. But with Darcy at the helm the experience was borderline enjoyable. Not only did she do her job better than any other realtor I have dealt with with, she made it seem like she was part of the family. Her demeanor and hard work make her an absolute joy to work with, and her honesty and candor make it so you know exactly what is going on at all times. Couldn’t be better

We found our Dream home and were able to sell our first home (closing on both the same day) (March) because of Darcy and her being such an amazing Agent!! Tim was very helpful also but it was our direct relationship with Darcy that made the ups and downs of buying a home truly an amazing experience.!! Her expertise and ability to persevere was the reason my husband and I are so Amazingly happy in our new home and will be having Family coming to OUR New Home for the Holidays this year!!
