Dargan Tunstall

Dargan Tunstall is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Management and Marketing. A Wilmington native with vast knowledge of the area, Dargan began her career with Intracoastal Realty in the mid 90’s where she rose to Top Producer status multiple years. One of her many successes came in the marketing of Carlton Place in College Acres subdivision, where she produced record sales.

In the interim, Dargan decided to stay home with her children where she was active in her community through church, as a school volunteer, and her tennis league.

Now Dargan works with individual buyers and sellers to utilize her expertise in real estate and to provide world-class service, and continuous follow up after the sale. Her years of real estate experience make her the number one choice for residents and those moving into the Wilmington area.

Their twin girls, Mabel and Brewer, are in college and their son, Jack, is in high school. They enjoy time together traveling, boating, going to sporting events and relaxing on Bald Head Island.
