Daria Fairchild

"Let's have some fun with this" is Daria's approach to helping her real estate customers many of whom are looking for a second home or a place to which they can retire.

Customers have come to rely on her in buying and selling luxury, commercial, and multi-family properties areas in which her negotiating skills, networking, and distinctive sales knowledge have thrived. She goes beyond to make things as easy and efficient as possible for time-pressed customers which include investors as well as homebuyers. He is originally from New Jersey.
The owner of a national billboard company, Daria has worked with some of the biggest names in national advertisers, such as Disney, Warner Brothers, Nike and Absolute. This experience has helped her develop and perfect her skills in negotiation, which have directly benefited her customers. Exuding positivity is her trademark, and she credits a positive outlook and gratitude toward her customers for the success that has kept her among the area's Five Star agents for many years.
An active part of her community, Daria is heavily involved with The Out of Door Academy and served as the president of the Parent Association. She also volunteers her time and efforts with many other organizations and charities in town.
Enjoying life is in her DNA, and Daria loves being surrounded by family, especially her daughter Angelina, and exploring the different terrains of real estate while traveling with her husband, Chad, who is an umpire for Major League Baseball.
