A home purchase can be a scary process, doing it from halfway across the country is even scarier! She helped us purchase our dream home, sight unseen. She went above and beyond to give video tours in icy weather, answer a million questions, provide referrals and provide us with the highest quality of customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. She came prepared with lots of data about similar homes, what they sold for, the price per square foot, etc. so we could make a well informed decision about the best price for our home. She even brought in someone to help us stage the house so it looked its absolute best for photos and the open house. Thanks to her expertise we got multiple offers less than 48 hours of listing. I had excellent experience with Darian. I was looking for rental property in OKC. I started off with interviewing a few realtors. Darian was the nicest, most personable, honest, and helpful broker that I had interviewed prior going to OKC.
Darian was very professional and always follow up promptly. I love how she respond to text message almost instance to address any questions or concern that I had. She shared her in depth knowledge about OKC with me and analyze the pro and con of each area. We finally settle to buy in City of Edmon. She also have a very strong team working with her for the entire transaction from rental, inspection, and loan agent. The whole process was very pleasant. I had a bad experience with another agent and found Darian from a referral. She is high energy and extremely on top of things. She has a pricing strategy that no one else had shared with me (after 5 agent interviews). It worked! We got two contracts in 2.5 weeks in a tough price range over a million. The first one fell through and she revived the second and we closed promptly. There were tough times and they never rattled her. I highly recommend her and will use her again!

Darien helped us sell our home in less than a day. It went online about 8:30 p.m. on a Friday and we had a contract for full price by 10:00 a.m. the next day. She also helped us buy our current home.
