But for him, it all comes back to his love of baseball, so he catches a Mariners or Rainiers game when time permits.

We had a great experience working with Darin while looking for a new home! He was super responsive throughout the whole process and was always happy to answer our many, many questions. His knowledge of this field and the area was very valuable and helped to narrow in on properties before they reached us so we were only looking at true potential contenders. From day 1 he helped to make this as smooth and painless of a process as something this complex could be!

Darin DeHaan represented me in the recent sale of my home. When I began my search for an real estate agent, he was one of a select group that was recommended for me to interview. He quickly responded to the notification I was looking to sell and set up an appointment to talk over my plans.

We hit a pause, when the home I was buying out of state fell through, but he was always there willing to pick back up helping me sell once I got back on track with another out of state home purchase.

As we vetted offers and considers best options, his insights helped keep me at ease with some issues the buyers had. In the end, he provided great advice, preached patience but firmness when keeping the buyers and their agent on task.

Darin is a no nonsense representative, who understands the market and keeping his clients up to speed on all aspects of the sale of a home.

Now that I am out-of-state, most likely will not get a chance to work with Darin in the future but if I decided to move back to a region he covered, I would have no problem working with him again in the future for buying a home.

Darin has been very helpful in our home purchase process. He was quick to respond to our initial request and remained responsive throughout the whole process, always making himself available whenever we needed to go on home tours or ask questions. He answered all our questions clearly and concisely, and made the home purchase experience a lot less daunting for us as first-time home buyers. One thing that really stood out to us is that whenever we went on a home tour, Darin would prepare a copy of all the information on the home - It's a small thing but really shows that he goes out of his way to improve our experience. He also managed to help us in the bargaining process, and successfully obtained a significant price reduction for us. We would definitely work with Darin again in the future, and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.
