Darin was AMAZING!!! From the beginning we told him we needed someone to hold our hand through the process and he did just that. He answered our calls at anytime of the day with no hesitation. When he thought something wasn't correct with our lender (which was many times) he made sure he spoke up and fought for our needs. He was extremely patient and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I highly recommend him to any and everyone. Darin thank you for your support and your continuous efforts. Darin is a great realtor! He was very thorough with details and took time to educate me as a first time buyer! He was also very prompt with responses and always made sure to update me through the process. He surely was much more patient than I was in this sellers market :-) My entire process was smooth and he made sure I got everything I needed before closing. I’d highly recommend!

Working with Darin has been a great experience. His level of professionalism, civility, patience, and the insight he has regarding the housing market is more than exceptional. I'm thankful to have been able to work with Darin in finding a property. I am a bit difficult and had certain expectations regarding purchasing a home, and I can say that he is very open with communication and provided me with clarity. Now that I'm settled in my beautiful home, I'd like to share my recent homebuying experience. Words can't express how grateful I am that Darin and I crossed paths and he became my relator. Before I found my home Darin worked tirelessly sending me listing after listing. We began the search and at one point I got super discouraged because it felt like I would never find the right home. After a few weeks of searching we found "it" and then the real work began. Through the entire process Darin communicated with me on updates regarding the house, he was responsive no matter the time of day, and encouraged me that everything was going to be fine and I'd be in my house in no time! I faced SEVERAL different obstacles with my lender and even the sellers but through it all Darin remaind positive and worked on my behalf. If you're in search of a great realtor Darin is the man for the job, it was truly a pleasure.

Darin is an amazing realtor. He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy and very aware of the real estate business not only from the realtor side but as a buyer as well. He always points you in the proper direction to get all the information you need. For example, if you’re like me and not sure where you stand with your credit, he will get you in touch with the right people to find out and also tell you if you need improvement and how to make those improvements. I will definitely be using Darin for all of my real estate purchases in the future and you should too!
