As first-time home buyers. I believe Dario did an excellent job of taking the time to get to know us, our budget and what we were looking for, and paired that with his in-depth knowledge of Chula Vista to recommend good alternatives. Dario is very patient (even if you change your mind a hundred times!), he listens, makes himself available, and is responsive. He is personally committed to each individual client, and goes above and beyond his responsibilities in order to help you out. I was extremely impressed by the fact that he was not pushy at all, in fact, there were times when we considered homes that didn’t meet our must-have requirements and instead of taking advantage of that to close the deal. He requested us to think about it carefully. To me, that was an ultimate demonstration of integrity as opposed to other people that just want to close the deal fast. Not only he is professional, but he’s an all-around great guy that provides the type of customer service that is truly a rarity these days Having said that. I recommend Dario without reservation. In fact, I have already recommended him to two people I know that have started their own house hunting and they couldn't be happier. I have also kept in touch with him and have used his recommendation to hire reputable contractors as well as good restaurants in Baja and San Diego. When we are ready to sell years down the road, we will be very confident that we have a Realtor we can trust.
