If I could give 10 stars I would!!! James and his team is amazing!!! From the moment I met James, almost a year ago, he was all about making sure we found the house that I wanted and no matter how many houses we seen, he would never give up on me! He continued to show me many houses, even gave his genuine opinion on some until I finally found my forever home! Although the market is crazy right now and can be very discouraging and frustrating at times, James was there! He was very reliable, dependable and patient with me! He answered any and all questions I had and when he went on vacation, one of his other team members stepped in and covered for him so that I could continue to view any houses when he was away! I would recommend this realty company to anyone!

I had Mr. Ramsey as my realtor when selling my home, and it has been an absolute pleasure!

First thing first. About a year and a half ago I was looking into my options about selling my home. I got in touch with Mr. Ramsey, and told him that I was not ready yet to follow through due to some other circumstances, but that I will keep him in mind! I was very pleased that He periodically stayed in touch with me, without being to pushy, and answering any other questions I had well prior to me selling my Home.

Once the time was right, he gave me expert advise and guidance about anything selling my house, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. It was a real pleasure, and we were able to sell my house with in 3 days.

As for his team, they made it very easy! TOO EASY. I did not have to worry or do anything to the point I kept asking him and his team if there is anything I can do to assist because I felt as if i needed to help. It was such a hands off experience, which was very amazing as I was in the middle of a move and renovating my new house!

Bravo to Mr. Ramsey and his Team, it was a pleasure working with you all. Thank you for making this process such a smooth and awesome experience!

Darius worked with me for over 3 months in heat waves, rain , and a nurses schedule, to help me narrow down what works best for my profession and budget. Multiple bids before current purchase! What a stressful process for me. The anxiety of high rent verses owning was overwhelming to me. We went back and forth from east shore to west shore. Interest rates were rising. I did not want to rent. I knew that I must purchase a townhouse for me and my dog before end of summer.

I couldn't recommend anyone but Darius to go to battle with! I reach out to him even now for professional advice. I consider Darius my friend.

Long Form: I found Darius via a Google search of Realtors in my area. We had a few conversations to share what we were looking for and he delivered above and beyond our expectations. As a buyer I felt heard and understood, even down to our non verbal reactions to homes that we toured.

He advised us accordingly and was very knowledgeable of the areas we were looking into. Darius always responded quickly to all our questions and concerns and was VERY attentive and responsive to our needs and worked very diligently for the homes we wrote offers for.

We are a military family completely unfamiliar with the area and he was able to get us to closing on our first home from across the country while we were PCSing (traveling) and made the process as smooth as possible. This is the first time I've sold a home. Meeting with James Rhodes was great. Even though I had not selected him as my agent yet, he walked me through the process, the market and set possible expectations. No pressure or big promises. Just what they had had to offer, their expertise and their knowledge of the market.

After that conversation, I decided to go with James and his team the next day. I'm so glad I did.

First, with their well thought out marketing plan, we put my home on the market about three weeks later. My house sold in one day with multiple offers!

Second, came the "closing". Again, James and the Berkshire Hathaway team walked me through the closing processes ahead of time. They had everything prepared and it went very smoothly. James and his team have my highest recommendations.
