About Darla

Hello! My name is Darla Balch, and I am a licensed REALTOR® with the McGraw Elite office in Enid, Oklahoma. I have called Enid home for my entire life and am a graduate of Chisholm High School. I studied at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah *Go Riverhawks!!* where I earned my degree in Business Administration. Before launching my real estate career in 2020, I worked as a Legal Assistant for a local firm specializing in estate planning, real estate, and oil and gas title work. This opportunity gave me a foundation of understanding all things legal (contracts, deeds, probates, courthouse filings, etc.) and helped me make a smooth transition to the selling side of real estate. Today, I serve home buyers and sellers throughout Northwest Oklahoma. I have experience in property management and working with real estate investors. I am the proud mom of two terrific kids - Tara and Ashton. In my free time, I enjoy a good Netflix binge, singing and dancing in the car, and especially spending time with my family and friends. I am an active member of my church and a member of the Northwest Oklahoma Association of REALTORS; each giving back to the community in various ways.
